Routine Cleaning
1、Surface Wiping
- Use a slightly damp soft cloth or sponge with water to gently wipe the mat, removing sweat and dust.
- A small amount of mild, pH-neutral detergent (e.g., dish soap) can be used, but avoid alcohol, bleach, or acidic cleaners.
2、Air Drying
- After cleaning, pat dry with a clean towel and hang or lay flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
Deep Cleaning
1. Hand Washing Method
- Roll up the mat and soak it in a bathtub or large basin with lukewarm water (below 40°C/104°F) and mild detergent for 5-10 minutes.
- Gently scrub the surface with a soft brush or sponge, paying attention to textured grooves where dirt accumulates.
-Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, which can make the mat slippery.
2. Disinfection
- Use a diluted white vinegar solution(3:1 water-to-vinegar ratio) or tea tree oil spray to disinfect. Let it sit for 5 minutes before wiping clean to prevent bacteria and odors.

- Avoid Machine Washing/Sun Exposure: Washing machines can damage the structure, and direct sunlight may cause PVC to become brittle and crack.
- Harsh Chemicals: Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners, or strong acids/bases, as they can corrode the surface.
- Storage: Store the mat rolled up (not folded) only after it is completely dry to prevent creases.
Odor Removal
If the mat develops oders, spary a baking soda solution(1 tbsp baking soda +500ml water), let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe clean. Alternatively, air it out in a shaded aren for 1-2 days.
